I saw DBZ back when I didn't even know it was an anime. Years later I found out about mangas and stufff, so Naruto wass my first one.

There are times when you will miss what you never had. I wonder how you will find what you so desperately need.

First anime: Digimon
It might been some other anime, but I've been watching animated movies/series for Kira knows how long lol.

First manga: Naruto
This is pretty much where the world of manga and anime really opened up for me. I was really skeptical of manga to begin with and was watching only a few popular animes, but I eventually gave in and tried out a few manga chapters after being tired of waiting for next episodes to come out and BAM! I'm hooked almost instantly D: I acquired a taste for a much wider range of genres and anime topics on manga forums than led to me looking up a number of animes.

Hmmm, my first manga... that was before I really even knew what manga was... I think it went like this:

1. some volume of some Pokemon manga my friend lent me (early in elementary school)
2. some volume of Miracle Girls that was on sale at the bookstore (late in elementary school)
3. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time by Himekawa Akira (early in high school)
4. One Piece (middle of high school)--I sort of consider this my "real" first manga, since it was then that I started to figure out what manga was and really got into it.

Hopefully I didn't leave anything out... I'll come fix it if I remember another one.

First manga and anime is Doraemon when I was 7 or 8 years old.

first anime is one of these(cant remember >.<): cyborg 009 , Pokémon: The Electric Tale of Pikachu , baby and me i was like 5 or 6,at that time ofcourse i didnt know about animes and mangas,but like 3yrs ago i did,and the first anime i watched after knowing the difference between an anime and a cartoon was death note

manga:i actually started reading manga around the end of 2010,and i got hooked! first manga i read was Deep Love: Ayu no Monogatari (if u havent read it yet then start right now!)

Sailor Moon, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh... some anime with giant robots. O_o
As for manga... I think it was HACK Legend of twilight or something.
