Has anyone read this or at least seen the sketches? XD

Well, it's one of Marvels attempts to appeal to the the female audience, not sure how well that will go...O_o Anyway, it is meant to be a shoujo but nonetheless that plot line has been done one too many times even without the added supernatural element, but I doubt Marvel was going for originality here.

I was able to read the first chapter, and while it seemed decent for a shoujo, as a Marvel fan (well X-men anyway) it was sad to see so many good characters so...O_O; ;____;

On the other hand, I've got no complaint about Nightcrawler. Totally love the bishie look! 😃 He's been my favorite since the animated X-Men Evolution. Do you know if there are any plans to include Gambit? He's my other favorite from the 80s-90s X-Men cartoons.

Same here, just hearing the concept makes me want to kick kittens. Just looking at those art sketches was like stabbing myself in the eye, with a baseballbat.

I don't think X-men fits to be a manga to begin with, it's great the way it is, no need to rape the hell out of it.

And whats with that beast? He looks like a freaking pokemon whose name I can't remember.

If I had a fantasy self, it'd be a tentacle monster.

I am a big marvel fan and I thought I would try to read this at the store. I powered through it to get to the fight scene at the end of the first volume. While I'm not bothered too much by the plot, the insane amount of bishounen KILLS me. I've read it one chapter at a time as it is just too much.

I will say that their version of Colossus looks HILARIOUS.

Now I remember! It wasn't a shoujo...but it was familiar. Nightcrawlers true face is really similar to guys at Gensomaden Saiyuki, especially the Youkai.

I'm sorry, but I really think that Marvel should stop trying to Japan-ify their works and characters. They usually come out horrible whenever they collaborate (There are exceptions, but they're far and in between).
