When or if Urahara finally reveals bankai, what do you think it will look like and what will its powers be?

Knowing his personality type it would be split into two parts. One of them would be a pop gun with a little flag that comes out and the other part would remain hidden and strike his opponent when they are off guard after he fires (1-hit KO).
It would probably do other tricky stuff as well, but I just cant think of anything else.

Well a shapeshifting bankai, I guess. One that uses a nude woman as a distraction to lure the opponent into a false sense of security.

How could they not have a relationship? Why else would she have gone with Urahara when he left Soul Society and give up everything she had there.

Tite has never said that explicitly. They could be just good childhood friends, you know. @_@ Just because it's two people from the opposite sex who know each other well, doesn't immediately mean they have a relationship.
Whatever Urahara's bankai is, it can not be used for training people. Which means that his Bankai is too powerful. And that even Urahara can't make it possible to 'weaken' it, so that he can train people.
Let me quote Aizen on this:
It's very difficult for me to step on an ant without crushing it.
What Urahara said about his Bankai:
The ability to train or lend power to people, my Bankai just isn't capable of such things.

Well it might not be that it's too powerful but that it's a type that wouldn't be any use in training someone. Look at Tousen's bankai you couldn't train people very well after cutting them off from their senses. His bankai could somehow immediately disables the person he's facing. Not that I doubt he's probably one of the strongest Shinigami.

Yeah, I agree. If Urahara's Bankai is like Soi Fong's shikai, then you can't really train someone if you kill them.

well at least we can say that his Bankai is female considering the name. for the most part all the Bankai we've seen coincide with their names. so it's safe to assume it'll be along those lines in the least.
