For the Seme who falls hard for the "uncaring" Uke you may try Hidaka Shoko's stuff, although her ukes are often quite full of emotions they just don't know how to express them properly (or can't do so). Some examples would be:

Yuuutsu na Asa (the seme falls so, so hard) or Hatsukoi no Atosaki (this one too, but the uke is a little bitch). Neither of these is hardcore or involves bondage.
