Hide specific mangas on your list

I don't know if alot of other people would like this feature, but I would like it if you could hide specific mangas on your lists from the public, so that people can watch the rest of my list but not the.. ehm.. odd stuff 😛
And also, another thing,
when I started reading Golden Boy I noticed that they restarted their chapter count after each volume, and thanks to that it won't show when they release a new chapter if it's on another volume.
Same thing with the manga Living Game where they released 1 volume at a time, it doesn't show that I still have more stuff to read on that manga even though I added what volume I was at.
I know that these things are pretty small but it was something I notcied and was wondering if you could add / fix.
Btw, I really love the manga list on this site, it makes it so easy to keep track on all my manga. 😀

Dont make it public if you are ashamed of wwhat you read, as simple as that. If you just show a few of those you are reading the public list becomes (almost) meaningless.

As a temporary alternative, why not make another account then put in that account's list all those manga you don't want others to know you're reading, like hentai/loli/guro/yaoi/shounen-ai/naruto. Uhm, no offense to anyone.

I don't really understand your second problem, Opogol. The lists work by highlighting (ok, fine, putting a symbol there) ALL release of that series, not just from a certain volume.
As for the first request, that's Manick's department.

lambchopsil, he was probably talking about that neat new feature that Manick added recently. You know the one where it writes in red next to each series in your reading list the latest chapter if you are not up to date.
And I think that Manick was aware of that problem already. (Doesn't take the volumes into account when checking if you are up to date or no) But I think it might be a bit hard to fix since it depends on the groups that make the release, sometimes they use volume numbers, sometimes they don't etc...

Ah, I see what you mean...About half of my series don't even have a number while I think 2-3 have wrong numbers.
As for Stealth, he's correct with how groups number their releases. The best example I can think of is for Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles

Yea I had a problem figuring out that volume thing so I just decided to say screw it for now and get something done. I'll probably have more time later to fix it. As far as what you want Opogol, it's not necessarily something that's high on my list of things I plan to do. If you don't want your list public, then I recommend that you don't show it. I have a plan to have some sub-lists which you can create and make public/or not as well, but I'm not sure when I'll get around to doing this, so you'll have to wait.

I'm not showing my list atm 😛
The thing you said about sub-lists sounds great, hope you add something like that soon,
and the problem with the volumes is not that important, just though I would point it out.
Thanks for the responses

Instead of sub-lists, being able to set priority would be nice.
Say, you can set manga priority from 1 through 5 or something, so those you care about the most get put to the top of the list. I wouldn't go by rating because this could seriously skew the rating results. But then, you put say... Only make anything with a priority higher than 3 public or something.

Actually, there's a semi-priority system already in place, but it's not the best. Manick just needs the free time to work~
As for the sub lists, I actually want one so that I can list which manga series I've worked on as a scanlator~
