Somehow even with all this fighting going on, Bleach manages to bore me. The chapters feel really short and nothing really happens. Yawn... Wake me when Aizen decides to move.
The current Bleach anime filler on the other hand is amazing. Probably 10x better than the manga right now. The Shinigami vs their Soul Reapers in human form is just WIN. Lets hope they don't screw it up.

LOL am I the only person who thought this chapter was decent? It might just be because I haven't read any manga for nearly three weeks (I had exams), but seriously this chapter was good. Stark is the only Bleach character I care about and I was worried that Kubo was going treat him like Barrigan; wasted potential. But man I loved it when he was telling Lilynette (his guns) that there is really no point in him carrying on fighting because they are heavily outnumbered and Aizen doesn't give a damn about them anyway. The last part was pretty epic, I was not expecting him to summon an army of wolves, but it makes sense since his release is Los Lobos (The Wolves) and his aspect of death is loneliness.
It could also mean that Kubo is a big fan of Wolf's Rain.

Yeh, I thought once wonder boy showed up we'd see more Aizen but it's been rather lacking these past chapters.
This one was ok-ish, mainly because there just wasn't enough of anything. Barely a few exchange of blows and not enough funny moments so it's just a moopy sort of chapter.. 😐
I'll come back in a few chapters, thank goodness One Piece is super awesome right now. 😀

This is exactly how I felt about the chapter. It would have been a better chapter if Kubo would just learn how to pace better.

The fights are getting good huh? I guess I better catch up then, although the lack of common sense people suddenly get (Rukia, why are you trying to use your shikai agast your zanpakutou spirit when earlier you and everyone in the Gotei 13 tried to use it and it didn't work?), the lack of a timeline (Where is this in the timeline if Renji has his bankai and Momo is walking around like nothing happened?) and the plot holes (How is Ichigo's sword still in its' shikai mode if he's fighting Zangetsu and Zangetsu was pulled out of his body just a second ago?) made me drop it in the first place

Yeah I admit that a lot of things don't make much sense, especially that the dumbass shinigami keep trying to release their soul cutters when they are clearly not in the katana anymore. The lack of a timeline I can get over... Just pretend it this took place right before Orihime got kidnapped by Ulquiorra. If you are willing to overlook these things the actual fights and pretty much the whole premise of this filler arc is pretty kick ass. Shinigami vs Zanpakutou.

They probably had to do it because all the other Zanpakuto were in humanoid form. Even Renji was surprised! 🤣
It was funny how in the encore, at the end of the episode in which Renji saw his Zanpakuto, Rukia asked him why it looked like that and if he was into that sort of thing!
The encore at the end of the latest episode (235 I think) was also pretty funny. Ishida's dad is looking at a picture of little Ishida. 🤣
Ichigo's dad pops up and when Ishida's dad gets pissed off Isshin is like "Don't get mad at me because your little boy is at his rebellious stage". Watch that.

I have been watching. Sadly this poor excuse for an anime filler is actually better than the manga. 😐
Also, I gotta add I'm not exactly opposed to a pair of walking tits chained to a midget, but the fact they got that from a baboon with a snake for a tail. How awesome would a monkey with a sword have been?

Just shows how much its fallen though >_>, the chapters are boring enough to me that I'll probably wait a few weeks before reading it again. I will hopefully get to see how cool Stark's abilities are.

Maybe it's the way Sleepy Fans translated the lines (They're not exactly dependable), but if he says something like that in other scanlations, then I really hope he gets his ass beat. And I know that's how his character is supposed to act, but that doesn't stop him from looking pathetic.

I was really liking the filler arc, until Ichigo showed up. Seriously I just don't like this guy anymore, he was awesome back in the soul society days but now I can't stand him. So I stopped watching the filer arc.
As for this chapter it looks like I'm the only one who liked it. What Stark said made me laugh because I would've siad the exact same thing in his position. What's the point in fighting, Aizen doesn't care about us, we are heavily outnumbered and these vaizards are no joke (the green haired chick kicked wonderweiss in the face, didn't wonderweiss just take out ukitake a few seconds ago?). Might as well go home and sleep, since the good guys always win and I'm unfortunately fighting for the bad guys.
And guys come on, the ability to summon an entire army of wolves. Am I the only person who thinks thinks that is such an awesome power?
I guess not many people have watched Wolf's Rain. I highly recommend it, the anime that is, the manga isn't so good.

I think it's a reference to one of the shinigami cup golden segments. In one of them Mayuri tells Renji and Hisagi that he can change the appearance of the zanpakto spirit. He gives them a brochure and Renji being a pervet requests Mayuri to give Zabimaru a pair of breasts. However Zabimaru is still male so it still sounds like a man even though it has breasts.
