Stealing a kiss is when the boy quickly kisses the girl when she's not expecting it, then typically running away before the girl gets a grip on what just happened. The boy isn't stealing the kiss from another boy, but stealing the lips of the heroine and making off with his prize. No coercion, no forcing, just confusion.

BERSERK! I don't remember exactly what volume it was, but it happened the day Gats returned to the Band of the Hawk after having been gone for a few years. The group was being lead by Caska at the time, and it was putting a lot of strain on her having to act as the leading role with both Griffith and Gats gone. Once the two of them finally have a moment alone she gives in and breaks into tears, upon which Gats kisses her and then... Well, he f***s the shit outta her. :D

Seriously, this is my absolute favourite moment of the entire series. It's almost like all the 10+ volumes before this scene were merely drawn to build up tension for this hot moment of ecstasy.

Anyway, my two cents.

The first kiss between Hachibei and Tenmaku was cute and sweet and fit in so well with the tone of the book. I also love how it's effects reverberated throughout the rest of the volume, and indeed it became an important plot point for the entire series (judging by the raws I've looked at)

when yamato told suzuka to have more faith in him, and when suzuka slaps him hard and told ask him if he could have more patience in her, they kiss.... the background and the ambience was soooo nice....

When Yuiko and Leo kiss in the park while it's snowing. Either that really is the best kiss scene for me, or it's just the only one I'm really remembering because I finished this series recently. I've read a lot of shoujo and kissing happens every few chapters once they did it once in most of them so it doesn't really mean much (in smut it's when they're having sex). I don't care for a kissing scene anymore unless it's pretty dramatic.... 😮

have to agree with that one, it was very sweet. Although I guess for me sweet ones are better than the dramatic make out sessions in many shoujos, which can become a little boring after a while.

Seto no Hanayome. When Nagasumi gets CPR from Masa. I wouldn't say it was the best but it's the only one I can remember. Why god? WHY?! 🤢
