Eyeshield 21 is all about gaining confidence and skills, if you will give a football manga a chance (assuming you are not that into sports).

NHK is about developing mentally/psychologically. Though it is Seinen.

I know I have more in mind, but they have been mentioned already or won't pop up. It's gonna kill me trying to remember.
