Edward Elric is by far the best one there...probably because he kicks ass and is a main protagonist that is in most of the story (unlike Franky)

honestly, i think jeremiah from code geass is the best, but i voted for ed cuz he was the best on the list.
major kusanagi is more of a full robot. i realize that she was born a human but all that is left is her ghost :( so does that count as being a cyborg?

As huge a Gunslinger Girl fan as I am, I had to vote Motoko. She's sexy. Maybe if it had been one of the other Gunslinger Girls (namely Petra or Claes) my vote would have been different.
