The only person that named a flamenco guitar player was Mica. (great taste, by the way) and flamenco guitar is the most skillful guitar technique.

And my favorite guitar player would be Isaac Albeniz, he practically created the actual spanish guitar style and adapted complete symphonies that were written to whole orchestras to be played in the guitar.
