i know right.....why don't they make more lead female characters like her, aside from shiki from kara no kyoukai never seen another one?....evil murderer types are like more likable in my book over those ditzy shoujo sailor moon type charaters...it's a damn shame reallly......and also i'd try Shamo, he's definitly evil.....but i couldn't get past the first chapter due to a:

male on male rape scene that i didn't want to have any part in....and it also seemed like their might be more then one so i just couldn't handle it so i dropped it right their but you might like it......

Second Elfen Lied, Lucy is a BAMF and a heartless one at that.

Heard about Berserk? I'd say he's evil. One of the best mangas out there. Seen only the anime of Elfen Lied. Not bad, but definitely evil 😀

Code Geass anime is must. A must I say! Samurai Deeper Kyo Haven't read the manga but planning to. Based on anime the main character is evil or just selfish. You should also check Vinland Saga. Can't say that the main character is evil but a viking can't be good either, now can it?

head char is a 16 year old kid that killed a lot of people.. he has spent 300 years in hell being tortured.. but he doesnt give in.. so the lazy asses in hell decide to put him in the modern world.. with a special sword.. he has to use the sword to collect toga's (monsters created by someone's sins and crimes) but if he hits a human he feels the pain to and if he wants to commit a sin his head almost falls of... but if he dies its the end for him.. he wont be able to go back to hell.. and the sword togari gets power from evil, but also devoures evil souls^^ and the world has changed a lot in 300 years... cars, trains, tv's and so on.. uhm ... just read it^^ it is worth it 😀

lol, omg... for a sec I thought you said "Anne Frank"... Akumetsu has some kind of a similar theme as Death Note; However, instead of killing criminals, the guy kills corrupted politicians and government officials. In a way... he can think of him as a guy with "good" intentions doing "bad/evil" things.

Mighty Heart follows an evil character as he tries to take over the world (think Power Rangers), finding himself inexplicably attracted to the justice fighter that is trying her best to stop him. Has some funny moments.

(I couldn't think of anything off the top of my head that fit the description, so I looked through my bookshelf instead)
