Main Character reincarnated as pet (recommendations)

I was hoping to find some recommendations similar to Wanderful Days in that:
- Main Character (MC) was originally human but suddenly dies and is reincarnated as a creature (animal or monster)
- Someone finds them and they are now the MC's owner
- MC previously knew their owner prior to death (classmate, friend, etc.)
Bonus if the owner had a crush on the MC (or was previously in a relationship with him/her)
I have already read S-Rank Monster no Behemoth Dakedo, Neko to Machigawarete Erufu Musume no Kishi (Pet) Toshite Kurashitemasu however it's not quite what I'm looking for since the characters don't know each other.

Annyeong, Pi i read the manga summary real quick before but it kinds describes what your looking for. However, there isn’t a romance genre on it but it seems to have love elements.
Sorry if this is very vague, I’ve never read it, but I remembered a manga with a plot that you described in your points and I wanted to be helpful ;w;

Annyeong, Pi does fit the core request, but not the details. For one, it's the 2nd lead and not the MC who's reincarnated as a pet (the MC's pet, to be precise), and for another, their relationship neither was, nor becomes, romantic - it remains as one of those weirdly devout master-servant relationships. A fairly cute and funny read; though nothing brilliant on the plot front, it was certainly unique.
