its true that the ship was pretty gantz-like.. maybe it wasn't the one that attacked USA... maybe an evacuation ship or something that tried to block the "attack"
Like Chaos said that ship was no reason to cause mass hysteria but an alien presence on land was.. since they always attacked using their powers not ships or stuff like that.
What do you guys think about the red sky?

or maybe it did attack and the only thing that could have stopped it was the aliens now that alot of them were wiped out nothings preventing it from attacking...

i read somewhere that the series is going to be on hiatus and that it wont be startin till like septyember october time. can antbody clarify the truthfulness of this?

I was wondering about that too. On the last page of c303, it says the series will resume on issue 44 (Oct 1st).

usually i love gantz...but after reading one piece...all these other mangas are just leaving a bad taste in my mouth...lol 🤢

That might be true. This Sebastian fellow in 302 obviously enjoyed seeing humans die. And he was teleported away "gantz-like" in the end. So if he is from the "Gantz-fraction" then maybe they are enemies of mankind. And Kurono and the others were used by them to wipe out the only threats to those guys. So the Gantz teams all over the world laid the foundation to the destruction of mankind...

your insights were damn great guys..the thory that the gantz team led the destruction of human kind is quite cool..everyone thought that the gantz team were the heroes but they never thought they were being cooked by their own oven..whew..what an irony

I agree with you, though I must say, if this was the truth, I think it would piss off some of the readers. Like, that's all they were? They were the ones that destroyed the world? This entire thing, just to die anyway? Well whatever, you guys helped me (I think) make sense of this chapter, and can't wait for the end of Phase two. Though, remember, there's still a Final Phase, and look, Phase 1 was 237 chapters long, and Second Phase was like 64 chapters long...Actually, realizing that kind of killed my own point of Final Phase lasting a while...Well, wish they had thrown in some more fillers earlier on. Gantz is amazing. 😀
