All right, I have a question. I wrecked my head over and over about this thing and didn't find an answer.
The noble families in Seiritei (sp?), how did they come to existence? When someone died, they came to SS and that's it? Or were they born there? Is it even possible to be born in Seiritei?

I think so,.. Rukia and Renji grew up in Soul Society.. Oh yeah..! 😲 You even see Hisana(Rukia's sister) leaving Rukia behind when she was still a baby.. So, she must've been born there..

And I think that the Noble Families are a part of Soul Society.. >.> We can only speculate about that.. Unless Kubo gives us more information about that..

Byakuya must've been born in SS...

I seem to remember a line byakuya said to rukia though i'm not really sure its "When Hisana ARRIVED to SS carrying you" meaning she died in the living world

I don't think that Isshin is from nobility. I think he's a normal (relative term if used to describe him -_-) Shinigami, who stayed in the real world. I mean, as far as we know, no one looked for him. If he was a noble, I think his disappearance would cause some turmoil... no?

and they should've realized the name Kurosaki if he was nobility...

now that i think about it...is Kurosaki a fake name or Masaki's name...since if Isshin is/wasreally a Captain they should've recognized Ichigo's name when he first went to SS or at least Yamamoto should've recognized
