hmm how did i end up here. Oh rite it was during school when i was trying to find a way to find manga releases so i started typing bunch of random things like mangareleases.com,mangareleases.net and etc. Until i somehow got to mangaupdates.com

I think it was linked in an IRC channel (probably lurk) and I was looking for something just like it at the time to keep track of scanlation updates and chapters I was on. Now if only I could remember all the manga I've already read.

I think I found it through google while desperately trying to find some scans...
when I found it I was like "omg now I don't have to search through 3000 manga host sites to find updates"
