Hi! I would like to know what chapter/volume naruto shippuden starts at and if i will miss anything by switching from anime to manga. i have read about the first 14 😕 volumes, but i got tired of reading something i already watched, therefore i would like to find the chapter number. Thanks 😀

Starts at [Naruto - Vol 1, Chap 1] [Naruto Shippuuden - starts at Vol 28 Ch 245]
Ends at [Naruto - Vol 27 Ch 238] [Naruto Shippuuden - Ongoing]

from what i remember... the anime pretty much follows the manga closely until the fillers...

Naruto pre-timeskip goes up to 238. Kakashi Gaiden is from 239-244. Naruto post-timeskip (i.e. shipuuden) begins at 245. Take note in the fact that some of the opening events from episode 1 of shipuuden (if I remember correctly) take place around chapter 307 of the manga. I don't watch the anime, but I don't think Kakashi Gaiden is covered by the anime (at least as far as I can tell from the info from leafninja.com).
