mangafox tell me that adding a new series is required mangaupdates link
my new manga link.... now how to create here a new manga before I put the link on mangafox to create a new series?

Can you please state what the series is: the author, the title, the year, and what it might be (like manga/manhwa/manhua/doujinshi). Then, I will explain how to add it.

That's my own manga story.
I'd like to make my own story and then upload in manga sites...

so I go here in this site to get the link... but I have no idea how to make a new manga here

If it applies, which it should, then your series can not be added.
However, an Admin will consider your request.

Go read the forum rules. No double posting. And we do not allow your own fan creations to be added to MangaUpdates. All your series and release entries have been rejected.

because now i can't because it is not upgraded, am i right?

All series and releases must be approved by an admin. And because yours do not follow our policies, all such requests will be denied. Adding a series does not require an upgraded user account.
