Hey Megane-kun,

A redrawer's job is to erase the raw text on the art and basically redraw the art to the best of your ability that was there "behind the text" that was covering it. It takes a little imagination and intuition to imagine what was there, but usually people are close enough for readers to not tell the difference. If you are still interested, I can ask someone in our group to give you tutorials and more information.
