Gentleman x gentleman with genitals... I think you might need to look in explicit doujinshis with the pairings you consider gentlemen, since the original yaoi mangas I read are not explicit enough. Even most yaoi doujinshis are not explicit enough.

You post sounds like you are looking for men that look manly but not too muscular. There are yaoi that do have them, like Bi no Isu and SADAHIRO Mika's and they have genitals too. FUKAI Youki's works should have genitals and no girly guys.
