There are no non pornographic hentai's. Hentai is porn, it's the simplest answer. There is borderline hentai (it's the same in my point of view, but not focusing on the intercourse so much like in hentai mangas), and ecchi manga where nudity what you see, and smut manga where are sex scenes but not focused on the act.

Look, hentai revolves around sex. THAT'S what the genre entails. Cartoon sex. If you read a hentai, IT WILL HAVE GRAPHIC SEX.

To begin with, hentai is a term the western world borrowed from Japanese and re-appropriated to describe cartoon pornography from Asia. So when you see 'HENTAI' on an English speaking website, it's referring to cartoon porn. If it doesn't focus on sex, it's not hentai.

And further, the only reason an author would bother to draw a manga with an R-18 tag is to draw GRAPHIC SEX. With the amount of sexual content and violence an author is able to get away with in even the shounen demographic, WHY would they limit their potental customers to 18+ for reasons OTHER than drawing clear sexual acts? THERE IS NO OTHER REASON.

So WHY are you looking for a hentai without sex? It this some sorta Ash Kechum thing? Are you trying to catch all the "genres"?? (pro-tip: hentai's a demographic) Is this so you can brag about your benevolence for liking all "genres" of manga whilst condemning people for their shallowness??

Well too fucking bad! Hentai is porn! Hentai WILL have dirty, dirty sex in it! Gee, why don't you ask for an action without all the action?? Or some yaoi & yuri without all that pesky homosexuality?? A gripping sports manga, without any sports and/or mention of sports?? How about a nice loli manga that only contains characters that are tall, fully-grown adults?? So, I ask again, what are you expecting to get when you ask for a hentai manga without sex? Like, what are you expecting to see, exactly? I said before, but if you cut away the sex, it becomes a regular romance series. Alternatively, if you want sex and maybe a little (very, very little) story, go read more risqué 'adult' manga like Hammer Mermaid!. Want more story, or rather a manga that uses sex more tastefully within its story? Try Hetakoi. But these aren't 'hentai'.

Are you perhaps looking for something like fate/stay night, where the dialog is 95% non sexual, yet it's still technically a eroge cause it has a few (really lame) graphic sex scenes?

Then go try Katawa Shoujo (it's free). And hey, lucky you - you can turn off the adult content.
