Depends. If he's smart, rational, mature, humble, amusing, there is a possibility. However, I'm the type of person who feels intimidated by highly attractive people. If I've come to know him as a friend and deduced that he's a good person, the relationship could happen. The chances the relationship would go far is a bit unlikely though(because I'd feel insecure all the time).

I would rather be with someone who is closer to my level of attractiveness though(plus the characteristics I just listed).
