why so butthurt?
there is a filter on this site to make it so you don't have to see what genres make you wanna say WTF... which i use.
this was a poll from member recs. so if you don't see a title up there its cause not of people nominated. it.
shrugs its just a site poll... its not like anything special happens because it wins.

I actually consider xxxHolic to be shounen. It just doesn't feel seinen at all. I voted for beserk for that reason although xxxHolic is one of my favorite manga.
I'm an ecchi fan! How about you?

this isnt about winning or anything, i dont even give a rats ass about winning and whos best, as you cant really compare the series, but whats with xxxHolic? i think of it as shounen, it has to be... wheres the psychological factor, what makes you more aware of the twisted world around you? Berserk, Mushishi, Vagabond, now thats seinen... Homunculus, which didnt make it to the list, thats seinen, to hell with it all... that`s what got me fired up...
and i didnt know there were filters, ill try to find them, thanks a lot... i`m sick and tired of that aforementioned bullsh**...

I don't consider it shounen. It's different from shounen and other seinen, and shoujo as well. I was actually [b]very[b] surprised that it made it to the poll and won #1. 😕 Obviously it's not the type of manga everybody would like (just look at the comments above). And I don't even think it's the type of manga that will please most people (that's probably why it's seinen not shounen), male or female. But now it's #1? I don't quite get it... 🤣

There are so many CLAMP fangirl here.I dont think xxxholic is bad but I didnt sense a bit seinen from that series. When most guys fight between Vagabound, Berserk... xxxholic got most of girl vote, that's why it happen. Damnit.

I am not even a Clamp fangirl but like xxxHolic (didn't vote though). I was really suprised that it was in the poll. Didn't expect that at all since so many people criticize it.
