why are these manga called what they are?

Mx0
Special A
Yu Yu Hakusho
Scryed
Appleseed

This is part guesswork-
Mx0 - magic/mahou, x, zero. Since the main character has no magical abilities in a magic school.

Because authors like to be original.

The only ideas I got for Bleach are what's mentioned above....and I thought that bleaching your hair made it come out the color of Ichigo's hair, though I just made that up because I needed a reason lol.

well for the main character in sukimasuki this refers to a person who has a fanatical interest in spaces, gapes, cracks etc

And because I don't remember who, but I think a friend or neighbor of CLAMP had a dog named "Chobi" and they thought it was cute, so they just added the "ts" and made it "Chobits"

According to Shonen Jump, the reason why they call Bleach that name is because the author wanted to it "Black" or "Kuro" for Shinigami but thought it would it would be boring. But white was complimentary to black and being bleached means turning white and to the author, "Bleach" brought up the impression of white.
