You should make some of your lists public so people can see what you have read and what your likes are. That said my favorite in the genre is Mahou Sensei Negima!. The characters are well written, the art is pretty good, and it's hilarious.
Shina Dark seems to be pretty good so far. These two series have allot of action in them, idk if you want that or not.
Chobits and DearS are both classics in the genre and I highly recommend both if you haven't already read them. They don't have much action.

I second Chobits and DearS although I've only seen the anime for both.

Mahou Sensei Negima is a good manga, but it has it bad times as well.

I quite liked Shadow Lady, but I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for.

Inu Neko Jump is another that has it's good and bad moments. Overall I enjoyed it, but there were many loose-ends.

Dragon Half is another that I really liked. The art gets better towards the end of the manga (riiight towards the end), but it's still not terrible art to begin with.

Lose - Opposite of win, to misplace something/someone. e.g. To lose your way, to lose a fight.
Loose - Opposite of tight. e.g. To have a loose screw, to loosen a jar lid.

lucky star, but its not ecchi. the first chapter/ep is a little dull, but the rest of its really good.
