Never had much interest in it. Sure, there were moments when I got lonely and got curious if having someone would change that but the next second, it would go away. It's unfortunate we live in a world that teaches and expects you to be dating, married, or at least looking/hoping. Now that my sister and brother are married, I can't tell you how many times I've heard "well, now you only have one more to go." I'm either getting married for money or not at all.

I don't claim to be an expert, but I've seen my fair share of chick flicks.
In my opinion, people don't just 'fall in love' they become infatuated with each other, but love is a conscious decision and a continued effort.
Think of how much time you waste dating if the relationship falls through. If you are married and then divorce, think of all the money you've also wasted. >:-( Investing in such uncertain relationships seems risky to me. Time is money, no kidding, you only have a limited amount.
Maybe this is why I have so few friends... 😔
