Hard to find something along those lines ...
Kyoukasho ni Nai! would be the only thing I can think of ... heroine is the daughter of some yakuza boss, a little spoiled but she knows what she wants and how to get it ...
Only downside would be that its mature/seinen and not smut.
It's still a fun read while waiting for better suggestions. (I'll be sure to check this thread myself from time to time ... the idea seems interesting)
