Well... Yuuki's blood is good because she is a pureblood... in other words, the pureblood's are the best not just because they give you their power if you suck them (that's why drink pureblood's blood is forbidden for vampire's), but also because is tasty.
In the past when Yuuki's vampire powers weren't released yet, other vampire's couldn't find any power in it, so they just smelled the tasty part of it.

Now talking about Yuuki's vampire powers, her mother didn't turn her into a human, she locked her powers away because that was the only choice, and with her powers, her memories faded as well.

And why is Rido after her... well maybe to kill Kaname, because he knows that Yuuki doesn't know how to use them, so he can "eat" her power (Kuran family power) and with that way he can fight Kaname.

If you remember well Kaname killed the pureblood to steal her powers because he needed it to protect Yuuki... so I think that is why xD

I don't understand what's so special about her either, except for the fact that she's a Kuran pureblood. And why is her blood so sought out for? Her looks aren't special either, but that's alright. But really, i want to know what her powers are.

i think yuuki is special because she is herself. she is special because of family, blood and everything else about her.

to kaname, she is family and the one that he treasures, he doesnt treasure her because of blood or anything else, kaname treasures her simply because she is the only one that makes him smile but then again he also treasures her because she is the only close family member that he has left. isnt family related to blood? if yuuki wasnt a kuran, well she have such a sweet blood?

Zero didnt like yuuki because of her blood, he didnt like her because of family. he likes her because of the one time that he needs help, someone, which is yuki reached her hand out to help her. i think personalitiy should be in the post count too. if yuuki was mean, she wouldnt have gaven her blood to zero and if she was proud in being a human, she wouldnt have become what she is now, character counts in this whole story, not only blood and family if were talking about blood, then if she wasnt born in that family, she wouldnt have blood that every vampire wants.

Yeah, so she's a vampire. Kaname's special person. All that. But as a person, she's not special AT ALL. Zero isn't either. That's why they should just get together already...

Zero drank Yuki's blood while she was "human." Once her mother cast the "turn human spell" on her, EVERY SINGLE VAMPIRIC TRAIT SHE HAD DISAPPEARED. Her fangs, aversion to daylight, pureblood powers, and need for blood all disappeared, so why can't we assume that the healing effects of her blood disappeared as well? The spell dulled her blood until it was just a more delicious form of human blood. If she had pureblood traits in her blood at that time, the vampires would have noticed immediately.
