So there's a yaoi about a guy that makes a wish to a shrine god to become a girl so his best friend will fall in love with him. He becomes a girl and then tells the guy who he really is. But his body is still in the hospital. In the end, they end up together same sex and the shrine god disappears. Please help, love this one.
