Just wondering if one exists. I'm not looking for ones which the mangaka have use their own experiences as inspiration for his characters, but an actual account of their life, be it now or when they were younger.

The only auto-biographical manga I can think about is Honey & Honey, a yuri manga about relationship between mangaka and her partner.

I remember reading a shoujo where the author tells about her love life when she was little/teenager. Don't remember the title right now...
