yea..i don't really hate my body..

i do have a slightly bigger waist than most people my height
but right now I just do the basic workout - crunches/curl ups/ sit ups, push ups and squats

and then some swimming

...i think this exercise will work!! 😃

Ultra running. Or just normal endurance running—some 5 km a day, and then build up the distance, perhaps start running both morning and evening. If you have poor stamina, you can start with a little less. Swimming is good to do every once in a while, so as not to exhaust yourself by running too much or taking too much break from overworking. Also remember to do some stretching before and after running. Anyways, long distances and not too slow pace, and not too fast either.

Start lightly if you don't exercise regularly, but do it every day (this is important). If you need breaks, take off one day a week and some swimming instead of running, and remember the stretching, also eat well—overworking comes easy.

I'm pretty thin... except for my thighs... I play alot of sports so they're really muscular and don't seem to look proportional to my body.. sigh... It's like 'what the crap!' ah well.. it's not like you can work out and lose muscle... 😔

hmm, aside from my height, my body's perfect... ok, maybe not... i just try to live a healthy life so my weight would be just proportional to my height... lol

I LOVE my body.
I'm very tall for an Asian girl (5'9) and I don't hate my face either.
I think i should lose a little more weight but tennis and a little more time at the gym will help.

Not hate it, per se, but I could do with MUCH less muscular calves(damn genetics!) and fat....around the arms...and the tummy...and the face...and the thighs...Oh and I'd love to lose the hairy arms, which I also blame genetics for.
