Maya and Aya are both gorgeous. Maya is surrealy mature, skilled, and beautiful, but Aya is innocent and unexperienced, which I find cute. (I wish I have that sumptuous long sliver hair, but I am dark blond, so ... narcistically speaking - the Aya thing) 🙂

As for the male character it would be hard to choose - 95% of the shoujo male leads are bishies, and I like things like Dante and Bouma, who are anime related, so ... I'll need to think real deep on this one, meh. 😢

Honestly her character is interesting as she makes inhumanity of Alucard oustands. But I really don't like her charac design .... I don't know if there's something missing or if it's this totally appalling hairstyle but I consider it the sole failure of hirano : all the other charac design range from great to awesome....alucard is just a league by himself , the vatican dogs look so fucked up and badass sometimes it's hilarious , conflict in integra between duty and womanhood is obvious from her glasses to her necktie , her cigare ,etc.... and well the nazi are great villains ... Come to think of it the cat girl really looks A LOT like seras .... it makes look this latter really like a failure.... Both for being not very original and didn't conveying much feeling (while this characdesign fits with the catgirl which is playful and a nazi in the same time )

Revy of Black Lagoon :The mere drawing is entertaining . And how much I love her seyuu....when she rushes in the camp for the last episode of the 1st season baby baby if you behaved properly I'll buy you an ice cream her " baby baby "in english is SOOOOOOOOOO sexy 😁 😃 (for me it's as good as the worldwide famous "me so horny me love you long time" 😀 ) the way she's upside down with her short jean after the chicken race , the way she swears ,her tatoo ..... God she's THE sexiest tomboy ever !
I found Misato quite hot few years earlier but unfortunetaly for her there can be only one queen of the tomboy category and Revy beats her hand down .....

I find tomoe in Samurai X and betrayal to be the most beautiful girl in a manga ever (especially when she lies splaterred with blood in the snow : the sheer white of the snow and her skin mixed with her bright dark hair and all this blood is a moment of breathtaking beauty) but it's quite different from being sexy .....
So for the girly category I would say there's a draw between Urd and Peorth from Megami sama .... However as Urd endeavors to change her clothes often while Peorth is always half naked I think Urd should win.... as keishi says when peorth puts a swimsuit it doesn't change much from usual..... Sexiness is a lot about arousing the sense so it involves to entertain the eye with a new show steadily....

I have to disagree here...
Seras is really plain ok....
but even if he's not my type 😀 I must acknowledge Alucard can be really hot ....
But he's a complex character so maybe you're thinking to one of the aspect of his personality/charac design and forgetting everything else : I have to remind you that he has at least 5 charac design....
-his usual outfit red and black with this young face and short mi long hair

• everytime he comes back from the dead he has a total black suit a mad face with bloody eyes very long limbs like a spider and very long hair
  -when he goes to brazil he has long hair , an adult look (he looks a lot like one of the yakuza in sanctuary ) and a businessman suit .
• he can also reverts to a childish and girly appareance: you can see it near the end of hellsing or all allong hellsing:the dawn
• and he has this secret look you can only know if you read the manga until volume 9.... when he reaches level 0 . In this one he looks so wild and manly .

He even has special character design you can only see in the anime .

I would the 1st and the 5th are definetely hot even if they fall into different categories!
the 4th can be hot if you're into moe
the others are cool or frightening but not sexy....
Anyway this wide array of charac design is another great figure of this awesome character.... On the contrary to DBZ each of them has a meaning .
