Nishino Tsukasa, (Ichigo 100% ofc) well more cute then sexy but she is my nr 1 girl off all mangas.

I'm going for Hae-Young as well, I didn't realize she was so popular. I'm only on the third volume of UxU, but I'm smitten for the moment.
My tastes change with the wind though so there'll probably be someone new as soon as I start in on another good series.

as for Kei Kurono from Gantz, i thought he may have qualified then I remembered that Masaru Kato was cooler, then I remembered titz, can't remember her real name anymore.
but if you need to know who ...
she was Masaru Kato's girlfriend right from when they got hit by the train, up to the fight where everyone except Kurono died.
