Difficult to find/buy what I want
Not interested in the first place

Minimalist room: figurine or poster doesn't suit my room.
High standard: many look cheap and crappy even if they're official.
I'd kill myself before I wear anime printed bag or clothes.. But if I really love the series, then I'm okay with buying t-shirts for my pjs.
Hate those merch which they just slapped some anime prints on it (like keychains, pins). I prefer something that only those in the fanbase will notice. Or something with effort in designs. Take a look at shoujo series, they have some creative & wearable merchs like the Sailormoon b/w bag, or CCS accessories. {envy intensified}

In the end the only merch I constantly buy are DVD/BD and artbooks. BD because easy to store. Artbooks because not just anime/manga, I collect concept/artbook in general. I used to buy manga but I'd rather fill the space I have left for other books.
Since they're not exactly cheap either, I guess this is enough for me.
