Is there such a thing exist in the manga world?
If there was a tsundere archetype in a manga, wouldn't there be an anti-tsundere somewhere? If its possible that one such manga exist, will it create a unique story or is that kinda stupid?
Of course, if there are other anti-anything manga out there, I would really like to know what they are.

Closer stuff you would get will be extreme comedy manga, like Yo no na wa Zushio and probably Sexy Commando 🤣
And well, the opposite of tsundere would be a girl that shows herself as cute but in reality is cold and cruel, you can find those types in some shoujo manga 🤣

Now that I think about it, wouldn't an extreme version of that be a yandere? I mean, crazy can certainly overlap cold/cruel -_-;;.

Anti-tsundere is simply a yandere. But I think your way of reasoning has a problem: everything has is opposite, so every manga has an anti-something. I can also affirm that a tsundere is an anti-yandere and say that every manga with a tsundere is an anti-something manga.
Unless you meant something like an anti-cliché character (like a strong harem manga lead instead of a "cliched" weak one or something similar) but I don't think it's what you meant.

Tsundere is the antonym of yandere, where a person is initially loving, then combative, often brutally so.
An example of yandere personality is Yuno from Mirai Nikki or Akazukin from Toukyou Akazukin. If you want something specific (like anti-tsundere = yandere characters) I can cite some more, but if you just want anti-characters I already explained why I can't be helping you.
