Kissing family members on the lips

I'm from Belgium and no, kissing a family member on the lips isn't considered normal. Actually, I hardly have any physical contact with family members except three kisses on the cheek as a greeting.
It seems very awkward to me, but I guess it's just a matter of what you're used to.

I'm from California, US. And I'm Asian. I originally never hugged, kissed (on cheek), or even held hands with my family members after I was about 8 years old. Eventually the culture here in Cali made me show more affection towards even friends I haven't seen in a long time. I was raised in a city where it was predominantly Hispanic, so I will hug and kiss even other people's parents and grandparents.
It's a peck on both cheeks, with lots of smiles!
On the other hand, I hold my sister's hand for fun. Whenever we want to. We're really close.

No, I don't kiss family members on the lips because it's not something we do in my country. We kiss each other's cheeks once or twice for a greeting instead. In my house particularly we don't do that much either. I guess we hug rather than kiss...

NO. I only saw somebody kiss their family on the lips once and that was in church. (eastern US) In my family it's just hugs and kisses on the cheeks. We do it during greetings most the time or when we want money from them. (U know to remind them we them right before you ask for the cash.) With distant family members we might kiss twice on the cheeks.
