Okay, I see things rated M and I know that means it's for 18+ due to violence, language, sexual situations, etc. I see NC-17 mostly attached to sex. Now why is it that a situation gains an extra year, but plain sex is only 17?

I read the rules there. Read all FAQ levels. I even tried to search trough their gargantuan forum and terms of use.

Guess why I didn't find anything.

Because [color=blue]there is a download button on the video player bar[/color] ( right corner, next to the icons of QTplayer and others ).
They allow you to save videos in 3 different versions. Checked that, no problems at all - and I have neither the account, nor the GTD.

[color=blue]New question[/color]: what is the direction MU is going in? I mean - music forum, unrelated to manga? Post games, again?

If there are any plans for the future of this site and forum, we'd like to know them ( if the staff agrees to share them, of course ).  
At least I'd like to know, what to expect.
