Ok so on my comp with vista, I can't seem to connect to the internet, wither with ethernet or wifi. So I set up an adhoc and connected my old comp using ethernet and connected it to my comp with vista through the adhoc. I am trying to share the internet connection from the old one to the one with vista, but I cant figure it out. Can someone help please? 😕

Just a question about the vista one. Does it appear normal but it doesn't work at all? Try connecting by ethernet and going to run type cmd then type ipconfig. Again go to start>run and type ping [your ip adress here]. If it doesn't work then check the IP settings again, or reset your router. If it does work then take out your router for awhile and put it back in, and don't touch the old computer in the meantime. It tends to go haywire sometimes (buffer stuff I think...I fail at networking anyway)

...damn that had NO connection to your question. But oh well 😳 I have no idea how to share a connection either 🙁 ....try looking around google and stuff.

For some reason, Mozilla won't show it's downloads window anymore so I can't see the progress of my downloads. I tried Tools->Downloads and it shows the window but not the download...And I already tried reinstalling...

Also, before anyone asks. Yes, I already checked the checkbox for "Show the Downloads window when downloading a file" on Options

I had the same problem, I reinstalled, it worked.
