Ok ok, sorry

But can someone answer my question?

How would a Japanese person say a Russian name? Because Alexei san doesn't sound right... It would be helpful to know since I am witting a novel...

When saying a name in Japanese, the correct spelling in your native language doesn't matter as much as the pronunciation of the name itself.

For example, if your name is pronounced as "ah-lek-sey", it'll be spelled in Japanese as "Arekusei" (アレクセイ ) and pronounced as "Ah-rek-sey".

If I got the wrong pronunciation of your name, just tell me the correct one. 😛

wow

so that's how it is?

But Arekusei seems so odd... But thanks this "アレクセイ" will be very useful 🙂

another question, when meeting a gaijin (outsider) for the first time, no presentations or anything, you just happened to overhear the name in a conversation, would most people call that person by their name or the last name? I know If you don't know someone very well, is very impolite to call them by their name, however I dunno if that rule applies to outsiders as well

Also if you only overhear the First name of said person, would you call them by their first name, or would you act as if you don't know it and ask for an introduction?

PS: How would Kyen (made up name pronounced as Kain) be written, spelled?

Since they haven't met yet the person approaching would introduce themselves first. Then the other person can introduce their self and they can decide what to call each other. It isn't impolite to address a foreigner by their first name since that is their custom. Usually they would just address the person as (first name)-san.

Kyen would be spelled ke - n (ケーン ). I based this on Kain rhymes with rain but the original spelling confused me so correct me if I'm wrong. 🙂

ummm......it's not? I don't know. I'm just a panda. Seriously though, I thought a wormhole only shortens the journey of the traveler. On the time dilation matter. I think you'll just age less while in the wormhole. So it's like 2 second for you and 10 years for everyone on the outside.

It's really obvious actually. You have to use magic.

From what I hear it is possible in theory but it can only take you back to the time that you finished making the time machine. Also it involves something called dark matter. But don't take my word for it. I'm just a blank.

Btw, I know someone who hates string theory. He says loop quantum gravity is where it's at.

lol, a lot of people hate string theory. It sounds like total bs to me.
I don't think it'll take you back into a time frame before you finish building it. The only time travel I allow is one that changes the relative time frame. Every other kind is panda not like. Yeah and the next thing you know, they just discovered graviton. 🤣

Yes hicks do exist in real life. They aren't as dumb as the media represents them as. Although some are really really stupid.
