England is only England.
UK features England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Great Britain is an island.

The history doesnt really give a full perspective on the present. I'm curious on the personal point of view of the brits themselves, not the history but how this issue reflects on themselves... But yea, thanks for answering my question! =D
