Question:
I want my avatar here to feature transparency, but it keeps adding black background. I tested it in other places and it was fine. I tried png and gif as well. In psd it has only one layer.

Sounds to me like your avatar is too big for the forum.
The forum automatically resizes avatars which are too big.
This could be what's causing the black background.

What is the best product to keep your hair spiked for over 10 hours?
Any products that don't flake and is quick drying?

The cheaper-priced, the better! I wouldn't want to spend over 10USD on this, since I'm only using it a few times for styling synthetic wigs!

He's actually right xD

Cosplayers actually use glue in their wigs to style them.

^^Thanks for the reply Kaerf & Scy!
But would it ruin the wig in any way? Or is it easily washable under hot water? I'd want to use my wig again for other future cosplays :3

and.. does it last long? >__<

Elmer's school glue should just wash out with a soak in warm water as it is water based, probably depends on the wig though. If used try to find the kind that goes on clear just in case

Thanks guys!! :3

@Scy, That's an awesome tutorial! Super helpful XDD!! Behindinfinity is one talented cosplayer! Those spikes look perfect.

@Kaerf, Since I did cut the wig myself, I have a bag of the leftover hair, and I shall try spiking it up with glue then washing it off about 2-5 days later. Just to check how well the glue washes off the hair, and the condition of the hair after using the glue. I'm taking a trip to my local store tomorrow to stock up on glue. :]

@Toto, I've heard great reviews on that product! I'll probably buy this product as well! (For touching-up wigs, and also for me XD)

Thanks again guys! ___ :3

So um, there's this creepy 40 year old guy in my apartment building and he says "how are you?" every time I see him. I usually just say "Hello" as a reply to indicate I don't want further conversation but is polite enough to acknowledge him. He gives me the creeps, but should I start talking to him next time? I always been taught to never talk to strangers and there's a lot of freaks out there.....so.....it's a gamble? any advice or something?

Just reply with a casual "I'm good thanks, yourself?"
A little kindness never hurt anyone.

Just talk to him, but don't give him any personal info.
And change your locks.
