The easiest way is to make a separate list for series you've commented on. Assuming that you've put all the series you've read onto one of your lists, one way you could see which series you've commented on is to make your lists public with the "Show Comment" option put on either "With link only" or "With preview", then look through your public lists for the series with comments. After you've rearranged your lists so all the series with comments are together, you can make them private again if you like.

(I've never actually commented on a series here, so I don't know if the private lists show you which series you've commented on or not. But if they do, then you shouldn't have a problem, no?)

Alternatively, if you haven't been keeping lists for some reason, you can google search for your comments by putting the following into the search bar:

"cecropiamoth" site:https://www.mangaupdates.com/series.html

This is also how you could track down some other user's comments if they don't have public lists.

Given that you've made many comments, either option is going to be fairly time-consuming.
