Physiological effects of reading too much manga/watching too much anime on a computer screen

If I read for too long without a break it becomes hard for me to focus and imagine the scene fully.
I start to feel like an emotionless manga-reading-robot.

All the manga dialogues I've read start melding, and it seems like I've been reading the same thing over and over.

Realistically: Bed sores?
Ooh, trust me, you'd move long before getting bedsores if you were at all physically capable. It's fairly natural to shift a bit while you sit/lie down anyway; natural reaction.
-Carpal Tunnel and sore fingers.
-It gets confusing to mix manga and manhwa too often. I get confused by that easily, and my brain turns to goo.
-Bright twinkly lights when I look away from the screen.
-Tight muscles from sitting too long.
-The constant feeling of "I've read this shoujo cliche before...."

I get pretty bad headaches or lightheaded sometimes. Or eye muscle twitching, which is more annoying than anything. My wrist hurts. My legs get numb ( I sit on the floor, using a coffee table ). I've forgotten to pee, sometimes. I heard it's not good to hold your pee >_< ( is that too much information? 🤣 )

I feel the same way sometimes. Too much reading and my head goes funny. I still read it, but I don't get the full detail and then Boom! Something important happens and its like... where did that come from? (skip back a few pages and re-read)
Oh, and about the topic, my sleep pattern is outrageous. Manga is too addictive. 😢 But you need at least it makes life not so boring. 😁 And I just remembered one time back in my high school days I stayed up late and slept in class after finishing a test in 15 minutes. Time to turn them in and when I got up, I literally hit the floor. Good thing the only ones that noticed were people I knew. It gave us a pretty good laugh after class. 🤣
Sorry for the long post.

Other than carpel tunnel syndrome and back ache (really nasty, can't do my own stuff anymore), and naming my laptop Lelouch,
wishing I could call my big sis nee-chan, making an account named "ototou" for my little brother, responding everything with "haaaai! and yosh, only anime openings and endings on my ipod, literally turning my journal into a daily updated manga (the main character being me)...nothing serious. I just feel the real world isn't real anymore.
But...never mind...gambatte!

It depends... after the time I tried to catch up to Gantz i felt emotionally hardened and like I turned dark and evil muahaha....
this is most common: After a FREAKIN good romance or mushy feeling manga I become depressed for 1 to 3 days... like super depressed that its over and I just have really mixed emotions...
examples: Aishiteruze Baby, Suzuka, Love Hina, Onani Master Kurosawa, and a few more...

MY LIFE IS CONTROLLED BY ANI-MANGA!
i dream about it, i think about it, i sing it, i learn it, i memorize it.
i am the only pyscho so krazy about it.
i read things romanji wise
i have a library of ani-manga stuff in my head and daydream bout it
i always look at peoplez hair to see how anime ish it can bee
i talk japanese.....(which confuses people to hell and i get too lazy to translate)
when an ani-manga ends, i become emotionally sad and dream about different ways for it to continue on endlessly..........
i always go YAY whenever sumthing anime or japish comes up in class
it disrupts my daily routine and i absolutely can't sleep before twelve cause of my addiction
all my games are in japanese and based off of ani-mangas or ...just awesome japanese stuff
i aspire to be a mangake
i want to live in japan
i draw manga on everything
my room is stuff with ani-manga stuff and becomes dusty
i am always on the computer, though it helped me learn how type ALOT faster XD and be a good searcher...for stuff i like
i am constantly in need of sleep
my preference for food has become japanese ish too and my parents dislike me for being so jap
...well all in all, i am krazy and can't find anyone irl to match with my pace ...or abundant intake of ani-manga to share fan squeals with :[
i need a life partner of ani-mangaing XD
I view every boy in my school as a yaoi character something like this "he must be with him" XD

One time a girl tripped next to me and I stretched out my arm to catch her. It won't be a surprise to you what I actually managed to grab and after many many (and so on) hours of reading manga I assumed I would get slapped in the face but miraculously I didn't and she thanked me instead.

That's because the women in the real world aren't complete idiots and they actually have common sense. 🤣

- Think about the randomest things in life such as: (See? Even that WORD doesn't even exits -.-)
- Wondering how I could kill a person [reference to Shiki] or
- Thinking about random cool fight scenes in the middle of a city with epic music WHILE walking around the place. or
- AMV's and different animations styles in my head WHILE listening to JPOP (somehow it becomes epic in my head)
That's me! xD I tought I was the only one like that... (altough I don't listen to much JPOP...)
Sometimes when I realize I'm in real life I think "If that guy over there could read my mind... He would be running away from me... or laughing like crazy"
