i think it might be a limit, cause it looks like he only popped in one. but doc, brought up a good point about Garp talking about two legends. it makes me wonder is Whitebeard actually close to the island or something? cause since the Shichibukai are said to be gathering in one place for him, Kuma's presence might justify the idea.

I'm going to say that Rayleigh's ability is something unkown.based on process of elimination. Both the dark fruit and the sea stone disable a devil fruit user's ablities. It's obvious that Kizaru can still use his abilities but Rayleigh can still stop him in his tracks. It'd be cool if Luffy learned to do what Rayleigh is capable of, since he can't be king of the pirates if he can't beat a measly admiral or logia fruit without an obvious or lucky elemental weakness.
As for Kuma, I'm going to say he has some deep connection to Dragon and thus Luffy and the Strawhats as well as having a deep respect for honor. When he took on Zoro's request of a way to spare the Strawhats, he didn't want his honor to be tainted. As for the dragon connection, he specifically complimented and referred Luffy as Dragon's son : chap 485 pg 1. And since he is a shichibukai, it's not completely out of the question that he met dragon on his former pirate ventures. I'd also guess that he could be an A.I. or a cyborg based on what seems to be an individual personality that's not controlled by someone.
On another note, Kizaru making that light saber makes his fruit the coolest logia fruit so far in my book (Eneru's is a close second).

Kuma is helping Zoro, I think. He actually seems good at times~
What I'm wondering is who the 'second legend' is.
We know that Rayleigh is there, but who else? Who knows, maybe it's Whitebeard himself! 😲 And I bet Garp might step into the battle to stop Kizaru.
So it could even be possible, since they're going to execute Ace which will inadvertently provoke the Whitebeard pirates.
Or maybe Garp just might be referring to the fact that the whole of the Marines are fighting against two legends at a time, and not necessarily at the same place. The former option would be more interesting! >__<
I firmly believe that Garp is referring to fighting two legends with one being Whitebeard who will retaliate for Ace's execution and Rayleigh who is in the Island. He's saying that the marines will have a hard time expending they're resources on both of them at different places.
That's what I think, but no one can really be sure since this is Oda's manga. But If it is possible I want your theory to be true. I wanna see Whitebeard beat the crap out of the overly arrogant marines.

well it is possible for him to be nearby, seeing as Kuma is there. after all the Shichibukai were told to gather for the fight with him. so it's possible their either meeting up at the Archipelago or Whitebeard is closer to Marejola than we think he is.
on another forum i came up with a theory that the crew might be captured and arrested to tie in their story with the upcoming war. so far i'm thinking that's it's becoming very possible that it might turn out that way.
Don't read this, if you don't want to get spoilered. 🤣
Seems Kuma will make everyone dissappear, presumably to some far-away place. Kizaru also asks why he's doing this, and Kuma responds with something like that he has no obligation to the world government if it doesn't concern them. Seems Kuma and Rayleigh are on somewhat friendly terms too.
This is what I heard.
