Yup, this one was icky. I absolutely loved the story, though the way that the best friend sort-of-yaoi relationship ended sucked butt. The guy she ended up with was acceptable for me, though.

I found myself rooting for a surprise Yako and Mei ending, which is very strange for me. I'm a yuri fangirl, not a yaoi one. O_o

I was really cheering for Fuji. It felt that it was kind of leaning towards that...and then boom bang and the ending...she had to end up with Daigo. I like him and everything, but I like Fuji more with Ann.

Hmm I'd like to know the title of this manga. 20 years is a lottt, but it can be interesting. As long as the characters don't act too badly like a yoyo especially with their feelings, any pairings can be attractive to me.

Nah, I kinda hoped for the same thing, too.

But Ann never really wavered from her feelings towards Daigo so I never really expected her to be with Fujii. I just would have liked it if she would.

Cat Street was okay, I liked the direction the story went, and I think it was rather clear from earlier volumes of the manga who's going to end up with whom (although of course the story/pairing could have gone towards any directions). One thing I regretted, though,

Keito and Kouchi had this cute and special connection that is very similar to telepathy, yet the mangaka didn't show that anymore after the time with the school's paparazzi-wannabe. I kinda expected them to have that kind of connection again in later stories. But btw Kouchi actually said that Rei was the most important person to him, so maybe there should be another pairing in this manga.

Candy Candy's awesome as it is.

Anthony's death was like the saddest thing ever, her break-up with Terry was devastating (it's like one of the crappiest moment in romance history, poor Terry and Candy!) , but it was not a weird surprise that she ends up with Albert, for he was her first love, the mysterious boy who captured her heart so early in their lives. I'd say it's romantic and above all 'healing' and 'comforting', after all that Candy had been through.

Hot Gimmick is fine, too.

No matter how stupid and annoying both main characters could be, I think it was obvious that they only loved each other. There were no real competitions there, at least to me. The other possible pairings just weren't convincing enough.

Parfait Tic! This IS a manga went wrong for me. I want my money back for this manga 🙁

Fuuko shouldn't have given up on Ichii to begin with, gaaah. I don't really blame her for her decision, (Ichi was at fault, too), but I hated it!

Fruits Basket

It's not that I hated Touru-Kyo, I actually liked Kyo, it's just that I liked Yuki better. I was disappointed that it turns out that Yuki only regards Touru as a 'mother' (wtf?!), but I was glad that at least he wasn't heart-broken thanks to this twist.

** Ai <3 Boy**. I don't remember any of their names, but for sure the girl (Ai) didn't choose the boy I preferred, it was quite heartbreaking, hics.

Akito/Shigure: Wow this relationship was twisty and dark. I totally agree with you except, about Akito/Shigure. I think the idea there may have been that love was the best cure for their problems. Yuki/Machi was defiantly weird, I mean didn't Yuki say something about wanting an even relationship. Besides Machi annoyed me with all her terror tantrums. The Kyou/Tohru relationship ended up being a bit of a let down for me since it seemed like Kyou lost his personality. Like it was supposed to be character development but turned into character un-development.

I also have to mention Goku/ChiChi since it has been pissing me off for like 14 years! Why must she be so mean to him?

okay, Tohru ended up with Kyou in the end but what disturbs me is how the mangaka resolves the Love triangle by making Yuki has a "Maternal" feeling on Tohru. and that made me go "WTF".

basically I find annoying every couple that ends up together after the boy used the girl to forget someone else, at least at the beginning

for exaple momo from peach girl:
she should have just stayed alone, since kairi was in love with the nurse, while he was going out with her; and despite toji being the good boy, he was too naive and I couldn't bear the way he mistrusted momo in the beginning.
same goes for bokura ga ita:
nana forgives yano too many times, and lately takeuchi has become so pitiful in chasing after her...
so on the contrary I'm quite satisfied about the end of parfait tic

and also I didn't like how The Queen's Knight ended

yuna lee was perfect with ehren. She really fell in love with rieno just because she spent a lot of time with him at the beginning. It would have been enough for her to end up with him and then she ends up with kahyun??
