[m] I really like bratty uke/ domineering seme pairing. Does anybody know a good manga with these character types? please help 🙂

I can't really think of any series that I've read with both a bratty uke and domineering seme, but as far as bratty ukes go:

Hot Limit hes really only bratty at nigt but...
Ore no Tenshi wa Mayonaka Akuma im seeing a trend in night time brattiness now lol
Yokan I love this one, I think it fits your definition pretty well. The sequal series Yokan Ex Noise does too.
Kibishiku Aishite I would say the uke is a total brat but the seme is far from domineering so...
Love Neco actually, a lot of Mishima Kazuhiko's work
Totally Captivated (maybe, its a good series eitherway)
Viewfinder (maybe again)
