I read this a long time ago so I can't recall the title.

Might be Lust. Lust is the name of the series. Can't remember what issue it was though. Its been awhile since I read those. Thats from back in the golden age of hentai.

It's one of the Silky Whip series. It's a 2 chapter thing, I don't remember which chapters though.

edit: Silky Whip #3 and 4 - story was called Blue

edit 2: linked to MU page on Silky Whip. Most of the Silky Whip chapters are oneshots or 2 part stories, 12 chapters total I think.
