The first image looks familiar, but I just can't quite remember it.
Also, it would have been better if you had posted this in the Yaoi/Yuri section, considering that these are all yaoi or shounen ai manga. You could probably find more help there.

It's definitely Golden Days. The picture is from the front cover of volume 1. Plus I read the manga before, so I immediately recognized it.
