good looking? the only really good looking guy that I've seen in a seinen manga was ubet blatt, though I'm pretty sure that isn't what you were looking for. I'm a guy so I rarely think guys look good (focus on the girls just a tiny bit more 😉 )
But I've rarely seen mangas with guys that look complteely pathetic though... maybe accel world or yandere kanojo? though that wasn't a seinen or ecchi. Either way, most of the guys are all average, never really good looking.
