I'm looking for manga/anime which are considered sick and disgusting in today's minds. An example of this type of genre is Tokyo Akazukin. Stuff like that. It doesn't have to to be lolita but it's gotta be really gorey and guru and stuff that are just plain disgusting.

Ichi the Killer Relatively low grade, but I've heard it described as sick.
4th Class Biology Quite excellent. Pity it was a oneshot.
Poison Strawberry Can't remember it exactly, but I trust the author.
Angel (Waita Uziga) Once again, pity it was a oneshot.
Fire Candy Again, low grade, but the last three chapters or so were delightful.
The Last Disposal Spot A bit weird.. but what you asked for.
Mai-chan no Nichijou Have fun! =D
Cleavage Fetish Amusing. Its straight Hentai though.
Multiplication Just weird.. Then again, all his stuff is.
A Good Day to Die Amusing.

Lol thanks man. I saw Ichi the killer(movie) I find it not disgusting enough. Everything looks fake and the torture scenes seemed fake too. The only part I like in Ichi the killer was when he cut off his own tongue.

I don't mind if it's hentai or non-sexual.

Doubt (TONOGAI Yoshiki) erm....iono if it was sick but should fit the genre?
