In my country, public transport is terrible. 🤢 If I didn't have a car, I'd never get anywhere on time!
There are computers at the library and all, so if I had to pick, I'd go with the 1st option. Difficult choice, but not an impossible one XD.

I'm a college student working on campus to pay for tuition, room, and board. I have no need of a car.
In contrast, I'm a massive fan of the internet. It's my friend. Photoshop, Sony Vegas, and various other fabulous options that computers offer are also my longtime friends. Definitely a computer.
